In late December I took a trip to Manchester with some friends to shoot some images of the architecture in and around Salford Quays. It's an area I'd never been to and I really wanted to photograph it. 

 We arrived early at about 6:30 to get the best light and stayed until around 2pm. Despite being so close to Christmas it was incredibly quiet and we were free to shoot without the hassle of thousands of shoppers.
