Here's a behind the scenes shot of Karl Hopkinson (one of our regular studio hirers) hard at work. 

This was taken with the D3 without flash and at 25,600 ISO. We're experimenting with the new Beta release of Lightroom 3.0 and it's shaping up to be rather good! We really like the presets you can create and then apply to various images. Particularly liking the grungy style we've applied to this shot.
