On Thursday Workhouse Studios in house photographer Andrew Woodhouse, attended a local charity fashion show with some friends, in aid of the charity Help the Hereos. 

Had to take a staff shot yesterday to say thanks to Instanta for our fabulous water boiler! It has been an absolute godsend having the water boiler, especially during the recent spell of cold weather. We now no longer need to wait an age for the kettle to boil, we can simply walk into the kitchen, pour out boiling water and make a brew in seconds - not minutes!

In late December I took a trip to Manchester with some friends to shoot some images of the architecture in and around Salford Quays. It's an area I'd never been to and I really wanted to photograph it. 

Well this is our first blog post of the new year, and indeed new decade so it's perhaps in order for us to wish you all a very Happy New Year. So far 2010 is off to a great start, we've had some really nice weather over the holiday period with thick snow in the run up to Christmas and again on New Years day.

Our photography studio has been really busy this week.

Well it's another day and another week and it's drifting ever further into winter (it's dark and raining outside, and it's only half nine). Last week was a really good week, we had the usual mixture of studio and location shoots which went really well - we even had good weather on Friday!

Well the 2010 Ribchester Calendar Girls calendar is now on sale and the official launch saw most of Ribchester pack into the sports and social club for a night packed full of entertainment.
